I’m so glad to meet you here! Because while this website bears my name, it was created especially for YOU! Here we can connect, learn about one another, and support each other’s goals and dreams.

I call myself an International Social Advocate. My Community refers to me as a mentor – a voice for generating meaningful, positive change within teens, adults – entire families! I’m passionate about what I do: whether it’s helping teens handle depression, insecurities or bullying … or supporting adults in transitioning beyond drug addiction, divorce and physical or emotional abuse!

I’ve been working on behalf of families for close to ten years and I’ve learned a very powerful lesson: people can change … family relationships can evolve. All it takes is one "advocate" to start the process.

On these pages you’ll find tools, advice and resources to support you in your own personal growth – as well as the growth of those you love around you. Be they family, friends, neighbors or co-workers, they all have one thing in common: the desire to love and be loved … to be acknowledged … and to succeed!
